Lab server now on gigabit fiber — no more Wi-Fi bridge

The lab server is finally hard-wired: a 120 ft gigabit cable now runs straight to the 300 Mbit/s fiber modem. The old Wi-Fi bridge is gone, so the platform, the CHEMCAD COM bridge and every lab service now sit on a solid wired link — lower latency and no more wireless dropouts. 🎉
